Dr. Abdullah Faez, Dean of Herat University, Mohammad Nazir Sekandari, Deputy of Finance and Administrative of the University, and Engineer Noor Saeid Jami, each, in turn, thanked the Liyan Amiri Foundation for its efforts to promote knowledge.

Sayyed Shiragha Sadat Farhang, head of the Liyan Amiri Foundation's Higher Education Committee, cited knowledge promotion as one of the biggest goals of establishing the Liyan Amiri Foundation.
