History is known as a mirror of the rise and fall of nations. In the landscape of history, some nations have reached the threshold of excellence, and some have collapsed. By looking at the elements of the rise and fall of these nations, it is clear that only existence of mines, treasures, high talents, many thousands of years of history, remarkable historical and civilizational rankings, great fortunes, etc. do not advance a nation, and on the contrary, the absence of the mentioned elements don’t cause the fall of a nation. 

 History has recorded the stories of nations laid on treasures and mines of gold, but their begging hands have been extended to others; they didn't have a sip of water to starve their child's throat while sitting on the oceans of oil. Their children were hungry while the great historical and civilizational honors were mentioned all day long. On the contrary, history has also brought with it the wonder of a nation that has sprung from the barren soil, the green product of life and livelihood, and that in the shores of the inland desert, the roaring fountains have boomed, and more interestingly, their children have understood later that they had neither soil for agriculture nor water for freshness.

Certainly what is seen as the point of difference between the two communities is resource management. With proper management, human beings and human societies achieve dynamism and prosperity, and on the contrary, lack of proper and efficient management, besides of destroying resources and capacities, stops movement and progress. Only the existence of knowledge does solve any problem unless it is properly and systematically managed. Knowledge can promote and develop society when it is properly managed by skilled and expert people.

Knowledge managers can then map the future of the nation with the green awareness to understand the knowledge transfer management skills and manage the scarce resources and limited capacities and set the stage for an advance forward.

The Liyan Amiri Foundation, which served the purpose of "trying to promote knowledge" in 2015, had laid the foundation for all its activities on the basis of the "knowledge".

During this period, besides donation of studying materials, building construction, Desk donation, publishing useful scientific and cultural books, covering poor students, digging deep wells, refurbishing unused chairs and benches, printing and distributing free-of-charge brochures and dozens of other programs also transferred top management skills to the Honorable education sector's managers.

 It is now very important that in order to accomplish our main purpose, we present the "Managers Planning Guide" to the hard-working and managers of schools. This will provide a platform for the growth of knowledge transfer and awareness.
