Today, in conjunction with the magnificent ringing ceremony of the school, two valuable works, "The Managers Planning Guide" and "Ba Kariman" were unveiled by the Liyan Amiri Foundation. Honorable Abdul Qayyum Rahimi Governor of Herat, Haji Kamran Alizai Provincial Council Chairman, Saed Azim Kabrazani, Herat People's Representative in Parliament, Ruhollah Azhad, Herat Education Director and Saed Mohammad Shirzadi, Chief of Hajj and Owqaf Directory mentioned the importance of knowledge and helping education sector in their speeches.

Professor Haidar Hamid, in charge of the cultural affairs of the Liyan Amiri Foundation, presented a congratulatory message of the Foundation's leadership on the occasion of the school starting ceremony, the unveiling of the books and country's 100th Independence Day. He also gave overall information about the books "Managers Planning Guide" and "Ba Kariman".

He also announced the foundation's extensive programs for this year and activating the foundation's research and translation unit.

Honorable Azizur Rahman Sarwari, Director of general thoughts at Education Directory, praised the contributions of the Liyan Amiri Foundation during the year 2018 and expressed gratitude and appreciation on behalf of the directory of Education.

It is worth mentioning that the book "Managers Planning Guide" was prepared by the Educational Committee of Herat Education Advisory Council in 225 pages and contains valuable topics on education, management, rules and administrative issues, school management, management recommendations, executive duties description, deputy Teaching, office assistants, teachers, librarians, lab staff, departments, teachers, procurement officers, school staff, etc.

The second part of the book discusses the forms, bills, conditions and rules of schools and various sections of education. Finally, in that last part of the book, the major books and management sites are also introduced.

The first pages of this book are also adorned with messages from former Herat education Director, Dr. Abdul Razaq Ahmadi and engineer Saed Ismail Amiri, founder and chairman of the Liyan Amiri Foundation.

The book "Ba Kariman" is gathered by a commission to celebrate Herat's education charitable people. This book introduces about six hundred individuals and legal entities who have been most helpful to Herat city and district schools since 2011.

In addition to the above, the message of Herat Education Director, a memo by the founder of the Liyan Amiri Foundation, a brief by Mowlana Gholam Mohammad Najibi, an interview with the Director of Education, and an article from the management of the affairs of the Presidency Councils are among the major sections of this book.
