Professor Said Zia Haq Sokha Says in his introduction:

According to a written by my deceased father, which is done on the cover of the Holy Quran, the date of the 10th of "Assad" was the anniversary of my birth in Herat. I do not remember the mother and baby, and that it was a good paradise, but by the time I got to school and finished my schooling, I had completed elementary, secondary and bachelor courses at Sultan Ghiasuddin Ghori high school in Herat. When I came to college I didn't know why I got into economics and finally handed me a paper saying that you were an undergraduate.

After finishing university I started a government job. If I had not forgotten, I was a government employee in 1354 at the Central Statistics Office in Kabul for two years. I spent some years in Kabul and then moved to Herat in the general management of Herat Central Statistics. Till 1381 I was a staff director in the central statistics department of Herat Province. I was in charge of Herat "Mostofiat" from the year 1381 to 1394 and now I am retired.

From my early school and adolescence, I have been interested in poetry and literature, and that interest has led me to commit to writing poetry. I have published thirteen collections of my poems since my interest in poetry. What has been published by me so far are:
