The Liyan Amiri Foundation equipped the Library of Nokhbagan School with bookcase and studying desk. Professor Abdul Quddus Aajez, the principal of the school, said equipping the library is a valuable step towards promoting the culture of studying and considered it to be the educational goal of the Foundation's officials.

Alhaj Sa'ad Khatibi, head of the Herat Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry and one of its Founders, praised the efforts and hard work of the founder of the Liyan Amiri Foundation, Engineer Saed Ismail Amiri, and praised the creating of the library as solving one of its major problems.

Alhaj Sayyed Masoum Amiri, head of the Liyan Amiri Foundation's Main Office, expressed the commitment of the Foundation's members, to be honest, and purposeful in their efforts and considered servicing in education sector to be one of the Foundation's largest programs.

Herat Nokhbagan School was established in 2014 by the leadership of the Herat Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was formally submitted to the Ministry of Education last year and was inaugurated by Dr. Mohammad Mirwais Balkhi, the Honorable Head of the Ministry of Education in 2019.
