At the beginning of the meeting, Haidar Hamid, Cultural Affairs Officer of the Liyan Amiri Foundation, welcomed Mr. Ludin and their accompanying delegation and provided comprehensive information on the Foundation's activities and shared with the guests the Foundation's leadership message to promote the knowledge. On behalf of Herat Education Directory, Mr. Mansour Sirat Salamyar, Head of Herat Education Councils, appreciated the activities of the Liyan Amiri Foundation, and appreciated the amount of these contributions and the value and benefit they had provided.
