In order to achieve its main goal, which is to strive to improve the level of knowledge, the Liyan Amiri Foundation, and with its series of assistance to the public schools of Herat province, this time met all the needs of Fakhr al-Madrasa. The foundation completely renovated six hundred and sixty-one pedestals of educational and administrative desks and chairs, dormitories of dormitory students, dining tables and chairs of the house, gates and shutters of the gardens, and sanitary services and bathrooms. The dormitory section of the Dar al-Ulum was reconstructed as standard, and four new baths were created and donated to the Dar al-Ulum. In a ceremony held at the Darul Uloom for this purpose, Mawlawi Abdul Halim Mudarak, the head of the Darul Uloom Higher Education School, praised the help of the Liyan Amiri Foundation in solving most of the problems of the Darul Uloom, and on behalf of its professors, expressed his gratitude for the contributions of the Liyan Amiri Foundation. Mr. Zakarullah Rahimi, Head of Education of Herat Province, described the activities of the Liyan Amiri Foundation as effective, useful and instructive, and considered this foundation to be the biggest supporter of the Herat Department of Education. Mr. Rahimi, emphasizing the constructive role of popular institutions in solving the problems of education, asked charitable and social institutions and centers to pay more attention and help to scientific centers, especially schools. Mr. Abdolbaqi Motamed, Head of Islamic Education Department of Herat Education Department, appreciated the scope and value of Liyan Amiri Foundation's activities in the field of Islamic education and semi-higher education and thanked the officials of Liyan Amiri Foundation on behalf of public religious schools. Ezatullah Heydari, the head teacher of the male department of the Fakhr al-Madar High School, considered this action of the Liyan Amiri Foundation as a valuable step towards solving the problems of the Dar al-Uloom and reminded: “We used to have a hard time not being able to meet the needs of our students, When we went to the office of the Liyan Amiri Foundation, they rushed to our aid as soon as possible and prepared the sketches in a basic and modern way. The students' desks and chairs were also completely unusable, and with their help, all the desks and chairs were repaired and our needs were met in this area. The chairs of the teachers and students of the dormitory in the food section of the house have been completely and standardly reconstructed, and now we have even more chairs than the number of students that we can use in ceremonies and seminars. The study desks of the dormitory students were also completely worn out, which was restored in a standard way with their help. The most acute problem for our students was the lack of access to health services. The lack of a bathroom was very significant for more than three hundred students of the dormitory. The baths of Dar al-Ulum were completely destroyed, and in addition to reconstruction and standardization, four new baths were built by this foundation.”

Haidar Hamid, Head of Cultural Affairs of the Liyan Amiri Foundation, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, thanked the officials of Education and the Fakhr al-Madar High School for providing these services. The head of cultural affairs of the foundation said that serving the education and people of education and trying to grow and promote scientific centers and cultural institutions is the main goal of establishing this charitable organization. Mr. Hamid, while introducing the Liyan Amiri Foundation, also informed about the programs that will be undertaken by this foundation in the coming year.
