One of the major programs launched by the Liyan Amiri Foundation during the Solar Year of 1396 was the holding of several special capacity-building seminars for Herat city governmental teachers. A large number of respected male and female school teachers attended the seminars and all those who attended were satisfied with the results and wanted to continue the mentioned courses.

 It should be noted that each round of these seminars was held for about a week and at least twenty-five teachers were attending each round. The trainees of these courses were the professors of Herat State University, who were introduced by the Presidency of the University; it is necessary to appreciate and thank the highly qualified professors and the Dean of Herat University.
